We are thrilled to have a new business in the neighborhood and want to do whatever possible to support it. I have been in to the new Lincoln Square and had a delicious omelet. I think this location should evaluate its hours. My son and some friends who are students at Cathedral High School planned to have breakfast there and work on a school project. They decided to meet at Lincoln Square at 6 a.m. assuming a breakfast place would be open. This location does not open until 7a.m. Cathedral starts school at 7:30 a.m. It is a shame that the hours sent the students down 56th Street to the IHOP. Now word will spread not to bother with breakfast before school at Lincoln Square. I have no idea how much pre-school business Lincoln Square could obtain from students but I think it would be worth investigating and promoting to the students. Even a 6:30a.m. opening might be worth a try with promotion at the school. Even students without cars walk back and forth from the school to that intersection of businesses. Don’t miss an opportunity.
I would like to have emailed this to your 56th Street restaurant but there is not one place on this website to send an email that I can find.
